What we do:
- Wherever possible we use energy saving light bulbs.
- As leaving appliances on stand-by also consumes energy, we turn them off.
- There are two litter bins under the sink and outside the house. One is for recyclable waste (such as plastic, glass, paper etc.), the other for the rest of litter.
- To reduce plastic bottles consumption we provide you with water filter jug.
- Feel free to taste our garden grapes, grown without any fertilizers or chemicals.
- To reduce energy consumption we don't use tumble drier.
- There are special strainers installed on all of the tabs that cut 10% of water consumption.
How you can help:
- If the heat is on keep doors and windows closed.
- Boil only as much water as you need at the moment.
- Use a plugged sink to wash the dishes.
- Use lids while cooking. It will save up to 30 % of energy.
- Turn off the computer if you're the last who uses it after 10 p.m.
- Take short showers.
- Turn off the lights when you leave the room.
- Brushing your teeth wih the tap running wastes almost 9 litres a minute.
- Save the water! Drink beer!
